Where is the clothing cleaned?
Unlike most dry cleaners in NY, our plant is on premises which means we can get it done faster and be more gentle on your clothes. Our pickup and drop-off services are free.
Do you offer the same day service?
We strive to provide the best service which means we provide same day service for drop offs before 10AM. We know that in life emergencies arise, we’ll try our best to accept garments until 12PM.

Do I need to be home for the pickup?
If you live in the doorman building, you can leave leave your clothes with your doorman and we can pick it up even if you are unavailable.
How long can I leave my clothes with you?
We understand that sometimes situations arise, we can hold your clothes for up to 2 months.
Are there anything you guys do not clean?
As a dry cleaner, we strive to clean a wide range of garments and fabrics. However, there are certain items and materials that may pose challenges or carry a higher risk of damage during the cleaning process. Even if we have limitations, we will always make an effort to accommodate your cleaning requests to the best of our abilities.
